Sorema’s Production Facility

Sorema’s strength, is control the production of its chillers. Our technicians are specialized in several areas, ensuring our organization’s flexibility.

Sorema’s production workshop, located in Cholet (49), covers an area of 1700 m2. It consists of five activity areas dedicated to manufactured products i.e.:

 

• Area 1
  . Standard cooling refrigeration system assembly
  . Stainless steel heat exchanger production
  . Refrigeration component assembly
  . Hydraulic connection
  . Refrigeration circuit processing

• Area 2:
  . Standard chiller final assembly and testing
  . Hydraulic assembly and final assembly of the refrigeration and hydraulic system
  . Testing before shipment

• Area 3:
  . Electrical boxes and cabinets
  . Electrical box component assembly
  . Electrical wiring for all products manufactured

• Area 4:
   . Water Meters
  . Counting water mixing systems dedicated to bakeries and the food industry assembly and testing

  . Specific industrial chiller assembly
  . Hydraulic assembly

Machinery and equipment fleet:

• 1 Hydraulic roller with a rolling capacity from 10 mm to 40 mm in diameter
• 1 manual folder, entry width 2 m, thickness capacity 5 mm
• 1 Adjustable electrical stop folder, input width 2 m, thickness capacity 3 mm
• 1 Adjustable electric stop shears, entry width 2 m, thickness capacity 3 mm
• 2 electrical extruder die
• 3 TIG stations
• 2 temperature data loggers
• 1 air flow, speed, humidity, and temperature data logger
• 1 fluid flow meter
• Thermal test bench for testing chillers prior to shipment
